Venues in and around Dallas include The Kimpton Pittman Hotel and Hickory Street Annex in Deep Ellum, the Magnolia Hotel Dallas Downtown, Design District spaces such as The Hall on Dragon, On The Levee, and Level Two, and outdoor settings like the Dallas Arboretum and the Trinity River Audubon Center, among many others.
Two Dallas-specific things worth planning around. Deep Ellum and Design District buildings are mostly conversions — the ceilings are high and the character is unbeatable, but grounded outlets can be scarce and load-in often runs through a service entrance with its own hours. And the garden venues spread across large grounds, so the booth needs to sit where guests actually gather rather than at a scenic spot nobody walks to.
