Venues in and around Victory Park include the W Dallas – Victory on Victory Park Lane, House of Blues Dallas on North Lamar Street, the Perot Museum of Nature and Science on North Field Street, American Airlines Center on Victory Avenue, and Tower Club Dallas, among others.
The venues themselves are the easy part. Hotel event floors, the museum, and the ballrooms above the arena are all straightforward to set up in — power is where it should be, ceilings are generous, and event staff walk vendors through load-in on arrival. The one detail worth confirming is timing: most Victory Park venues have a fixed vendor arrival window and require a certificate of insurance on file in advance. Send us your venue as soon as you book and we will handle the paperwork.
Game and event nights change everything about access. Victory Park's parking structures fill fast around AAC events, and Victory Park Lane and Houston Street sometimes close for concerts and games. If your event is at the same time as something at the arena, we build extra load-in time into the plan and coordinate with the venue on which entrance to use. Flag anything happening nearby when you book and we will work around it.
