Hotels and modern venues are the easy part. Uptown's hotel ballrooms and purpose-built event spaces are usually the smoothest venues we work in — grounded power in the right places, generous ceilings, and event staff who know exactly where vendors load in. The one detail that matters is timing. Most Uptown hotels have a fixed vendor arrival window and require a certificate of insurance on file in advance; let us know your venue as soon as you book so we can send it over.
Rooftops and terraces need a small extra check. A handful of Uptown venues have great rooftop or terrace spaces that make beautiful booth backdrops — but they still need a grounded three-prong outlet within reach, and rain always means moving indoors. If the booth is going outside, it is worth deciding on an indoor fallback spot when you plan the layout.
